| Overview: |
| This position will provide financial support for CIS Global Operations. The position will perform monthly collection and analysis of plant and non-plant conversion cost spending, earned hours and sales trends on an actual and forecast basis, working closely with the financial teams in each region. The position will also work closely with the CIS Global Procurement team to understand material spending and cost savings, including both MRV and TEBIT reporting. The position will provide general and ad-hoc support to CIS Global Operations and Finance management. |

| Responsibilities & Qualifications: |
Responsibilities:
- Collect conversion cost spending, earned hours and sales data from the three CIS regions, analyze data and understand swings and anomolies
- Consolidate actual and forecast information into a Global CIS view, understand the trends and provide management with analysis of data - Prepare monthly packages for review meetings with Operations, Procurement and Finance management
- Analyze the Cost Takeout Schedules for CIS, globally and regionally
- Work with Global Procurement to have full understanding of direct material savings for CIS, globally and regionally
- Drive process improvements for global collection and analysis of data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 -7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance supporting Operations
- Significant knowledge of Tyco Electronics financial systems, including SAP and the Tyco Electronics Data Warehouse
- Strong technical skills including Excel and Access
- Extremely strong analytical abilities, with the desire and commitment to take full accountability for their area of responsibility
- Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
