The Product Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Product Review responsibilities for new and existing projects outlined in the TE Medical Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Policy, based on Oliver Wight S&OP methodology. This role is also responsible for supporting TEOA-E and Stage and Gate process. Responsibilities: - Is a key participant in product planning through S&OP Process. - Will act as the product review facilitator. - Will create and review with management the slide deck for product review and MBR. - Will work closely with Core Team Leads and management to support TEOA-E as well as Stage and Gate Process implementation, resource capacity planning, and metrics reporting. - Will support Core Team leads to ensure valid achievable product development plans. - Maintains the plug, pending, active resource models for the ESOP tool. - Maintains project demand models for the ESOP tool. - Runs various scenarios in the ESOP tool. - Maintains resource capacity planning tools. - Complies various scenarios for management to review. - Manages requests for change. - Daily liaison with Management, Core Team Leads, Project Managers, Demand Management, and Supply Chain. - Collects, reviews, reconciles, and uploads data into ESOP tool. Troubleshoots and explains data models outputs from ESOP tool. - Recommends action plans to resolve project modeling and execution issues. - Communicates and coordinates as needed the implementation of action plans. - Custodian of valid product development Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) models for engineering resources in the ESOP Tool. - Develops, updates, and maintains constrained resource models in ESOPT based on inputs from resource managers. - Updates constrained resource models as required in preparation for the monthly Product Reviews and monthly MBRs. - Maintains project profile models including project sub families, durations, and constrained resources on a monthly basis. - Acts as database administrator for Project Database and supports Core Team Leads in maintaining project data accuracy. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests. - Demonstrated experience in managing developing and maintaining databases, developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, working with end users to collect requirements, create, and execute, and test a requirements specification. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Advanced Oliver Wight ESOPT, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Databases, MS Project and Excel skills. - Experience in constrained resource loading, project management principles. - Ability to work with a wide variety of people including Department Heads, Product Managers, Core Team Leads, Functional Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. - 4-year college degree in a relevant technical field required. - 3 or more years of project management and/or specific technical experience required.
