| Overview: |
This position is responsible for the design and release innovative electro-mechanical connectivity solutions for Tyco Electronic's Infotainment Automotive Division. The individual will meet goals according to customer requirements and with respect to quality, timing and cost targets.

| Responsibilities & Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate will be knowlegable of how to apply state of the art engineering design processes and tools. He/She must have an understanding of copper, optical, and wireless products or other special technologies. Experience in HF (High Frequency) applications is also required. Education and Skills Requirements Electrical communications or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent plus 5 years product and technical experience in the Automotive industry. Advanced knowledge about RF, copper, optical wire or wireless communication technology designs. Matured capabilities in engineering design tools, e.g. Pro/E, 3D Modeling,Tolerancing. Professional, structured, autonomous, reliable and creative work style. Excellent team player.
