Overview:

This position is for a Project/Development Engineer to work on the CIS Antenna team located in Harrisburg, Pa.  The position will support our global Product Management Team on specific customer focused antenna applications from a product development perspective with a key emphasis on project management.  This position will provide mechanical engineering design and work closely with a customer focused RF engineer to design and implement into production various types of antennas.  Requirements include a general knowledge of antenna theory and process knowledge of molding, stamping and both electrolytic and electroless plating.  Prior experience working with overseas manufacturing operations a plus.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage customer specific applications

-Review & Manage customer provided design requirements

-Manage product & process qualifications
-Support existing applications and products including tolerance analysis, application evaluation, and testing

-Full responsibility for Project Management & coordination of antenna products from concept through production.

Requirements:

-BS degree in Engineering

-Experience dealing directly with customers

-Experience with multiple antenna design platforms.

-Strong project management and organizational skills.

-Self starter, willingness to do “whatever it takes” to satisfy the customer.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization
-PC proficient, including Pro E, Excel, Word, MS Project, Power Point
