Business Development Manager - Gaming The primary mission of the Business Development Manager for Gaming is to provide leadership, coaching and management for Sales by creating effective pricing strategies, and developing strategic marketing plans for the gaming business. Reporting to the Managing Director of Elo Core Products, the Gaming Business Development Manager is responsible for: Developing market requirements, size and opportunities, and translate to market strategies Developing pursuit strategies for new business opportunities in gaming. Developing and briefing pursue/no pursue and bid/no bid recommendations. Continuously develop pipeline of gaming business Networking gaming environments and establishing personal relationships with customers at all levels. Administering Business Development processes and effectively communicating to senior internal and external customers.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Strong analytical and budgeting skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and seamlessly interact with all levels of external/internal organizations Ability to translate gaming market dynamics and trends into business implications and opportunities Ability to collect, assess and define gaming markets Ability to build customer relationship for business sustainability Ability to translate customer needs and issues into viable solutions Ability to create roadmap processes
Experience/Education: BS in Engineering required MBA preferred 7 years of Business Development experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 OEM gaming company or gaming distributor Established relationships with gaming customers. Experience developing strategic plans and structured proposals Proven track record of setting and meeting new business goals.
