| Overview: |
Manage, support and provide direction to 10 product pricing analysts who are responsible for 300+ product lines. - Provide recommendations and/or guidance to the Pricing function regarding the development, implementation, and maintenance of all price lists.
- Provide guidance to Product Management with their effort to provide proper price strategy for sales through the various channels.
- Work closely with Product Management to insure available pricing supports product strategy.

| Responsibilities & Qualifications: |
5+ years experience in pricing in the electronics component manufacturing industry. 5+ years managerial experience Competencies and Characteristics: - Knowledgeable in channel product pricing strategies.
- Knowledgeable on Tyco Electronics pricing systems and SAP.
- Self motivated with strong and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and lead a multi-function team.
- Strong analytical and computer skills are required: Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Financial background a plus.
