Key responsibilities:
1. Key Account Manager is responsible for managing TE’s Key Customers with a strategy to grow TE market share. Develop a Dynamic Account Plan to include customer application mapping to execute the strategy for print position for the total application for all TE product solutions. The ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels of the customer to develop a Strategic Partnership.
2. This includes developing pipelines through customer/distributor visits, promotion of product through training and functioning as a project manager. This individual is responsible for execution of opportunities to grow revenue and provide forecasts to maximize attainment. Develop pricing strategies for market share gains with contract negotiations.
3.For revenue growth for the Industry Market. Coordinate with TE Account Managers covering similar customers for the Industry to develop a strategy to replicate the success TE has had with the Key Accounts. Understand the applications and market trends to drive the development of new TE product solutions for the Americas Region. Coordinate with Marketing for the promotion of TE product solutions specifically for the Industry and showcasing the TE Advantages.
Experience:
Account Managment experience, with a successful track record of growing revenue.
Engineering or applications engineering experience preferred.
Relevant product or industry experience desired for Electrical and/or Electronic Products.
Experience working with cross-functional global teams. (Product Mangement, Marketing, Pricing, Planning, Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Customer Care teams)
